DNi has completed Phase One and Phase Two of its commercialisation
program consisting of bench scale batch and semi-continuous as well as into full-scale test work and a full scale demonstration of reagent recycle step. DNi has raised over A$20M in funding for the program since late 2006.
The deliverables include
- Three simple alternative flowsheet options, with no red flags
- Input data for Pre-Feasibility Study Two (PFS 2) design criteria
- Metsim™ process models to allow economic estimates
- PFS2 delivered by Aker Solutions in June 2009
- Phase 3, the Demonstration Plant Phase has commenced
